	   Neo leather plastic vinyl shoes

	     Shined with unnatural light



 

	Oh Great Polyester, God of Goodwill





	   Give me a sign of greasy mulberry wine

	  Painted on a stop/sign/light.

	    Lying in a damp cold alley

	   Waiting for a great burning bird to 

	    light the sky





		Give me a glimpse of fuel scented

	 morning air with a great glowing beach

	 ball heating the horizon





		That cold washed out

	 morning light creeping up

	 a building





		Old drunk lying sick and

	 hungry   sniffing at an old empty

	 for a drop to ease  the pain.
